Before opening my office, I worked for a State Farm agent for four years, and prior to that I built my career in logistics sales — so I’m no stranger to working hard, setting goals, and earning results.I attended the University of Minnesota, and outside of the office you’ll usually find me golfing, playing pickleball, or catching a game — I’m a big sports fan and I love staying active. That same energy carries into our office culture too. We keep things fun, upbeat, and positive, with open and honest communication and a true team mindset.For our team, we offer 20 days of PTO, work-life balance, and licensing reimbursement. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jason Putnam - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
