Before opening my office, I worked for a State Farm agent for four years, and prior to that I built my career in logistics sales — so I’m no stranger to working hard, setting goals, and earning results.I attended the University of Minnesota, and outside of the office you’ll usually find me golfing, playing pickleball, or catching a game — I’m a big sports fan and I love staying active. That same energy carries into our office culture too. We keep things fun, upbeat, and positive, with open and honest communication and a true team mindset.For our team, we offer 20 days of PTO, work-life balance, and licensing reimbursement. - Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
